BEST PLACES TO VISIT INDIA IN THE YEAR 2014 AND YEARS TO COME



Widely known by its rich cultural and commercial heritage, India hosts a large number of tourists per year. It’s located in southern Asia and it’s the seventh largest country by area with Mumbai as its largest city. The population ranges to 1.2 billion people making it the second most populous country. Its capital city is called the New Delhi with English as the national language and no national language, which makes it a home to all. It’s boarded by Indian Ocean, Arabica Sea and the Bay of Bengal. These offers wide range of attractions ranging from beaches to islands. Also, the fact that that India houses one of the world wonders makes it even a perfect destination. The following are key areas of destination by city followed by notable attraction sites in the states and cities
New Delhi.
Being the capital city of India, it’s a must visit zone. This city houses notable attraction sites such as The Red Fort. This dates back to the 17th century and is still a big attraction to visitors. Next in the town are the India Gate and the national monument of India that honors the soldiers who died in world war 1and the third Afghan war.



Agra city
Many visitors to India must make a visit to this city. This is because its home to one of the 7s wonders of the world named TheTaj Mahal. It’s a white domed marble mausoleum and regarded as a symbol of love with an epic love story as its history. Other places to visit in this city includes; Agra Fort, Akbar’s tomb, Ram Bagh among other places.

Goa state
This is India’s richest state and most developed as well. It’s widely known for housing a large number of tourists per year more than any other town. Has a wide range of attraction ranging from excellent beaches, churches and temples. The churches include Bom Jesus cathedral. The beaches are the Arambol beach, Palolem Beach, and the Anjuna Beach.
Gujarat state
It’s located in the west coast of India and commonly referred to as jewel of the west. Attractions range from: museums, fairs and religious sites. Individual attraction sites include: Gandhinagar, Sabarmati, Ashram, Lakhota museum and Saputa hills.
Andra Pradesh state
A state with rich attraction sites which include, Belum caves, Thousand pillar caves, Billa temple, Ramoji film city, Charminar, Araku valley just to name a few.
Andaman and Nicobar islands
This is the home to a wide range of islands and Beaches which includes, Havelock Island, Barren Island, Cellular Beach and the Radhanagar Beach.
In conclusion, India serves as a perfect destination for 2014 for those who love to travel. Some of the requirements while visiting India will include a driving license in case you wish to drive while in India. The minimum age requirement to drive a motor cycle of an engine capacity equal to or less than 50cc is 16 years and above 18 to drive all sorts of vehicles. The best is an all India permit to authorize you driving in all places while at India.
